Administrative Officer (m/f)

The Centre des Monuments du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg (hereinafter "CML") is responsible for the management, enhancement, and promotion of the Beaufort Castles, Larochette Castle, and the Gallo-Roman site "Ricciacum" in Dalheim. It operates under an agreement with the Ministry of Culture.

The CML is recruiting, for immediate entry or as agreed, an Administrative Officer (m/f) under a permanent contract (40 hours per week).


Your Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Managing recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding new employees.

  • Handling administrative tasks related to personnel (contracts, absence tracking, leave management, etc.).

  • Assisting in training management and employee skill development.

  • Overseeing salary policies and employee well-being programs.

  • Advising management and employees on HR-related matters.

Accounting:

  • Managing day-to-day accounting tasks (recording financial transactions, processing payments, etc.).

  • Preparing financial statements, monthly and annual reports.

  • Monitoring project and event budgets.

  • Managing cash flow and performing bank reconciliations.

  • Assisting with tax filings and audit preparations.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in accounting, management, or human resources.

  • Previous experience in accounting and human resource management.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and office tools.

  • Knowledge of Luxembourg’s labor and tax regulations.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and team collaboration.

  • Strong command of Luxembourg’s three administrative languages and English.
